Legal counsel and consultation with immigrants and their families throughout the city and beyond.  We offer guidance and support through the complexities of the immigration process.

Migrant Enrichment Support Initiative (MESI)

This initiative provides intensive and personalized case management to newly arrived Haitians from the borders, from assistance accessing legal services and mental health services to navigating housing. Cash assistance and other appropriate social services.

Resettlement Program

As a proud member of the Welcoming New York Resettlement Campaign, HAUP offers legal assistance and Welcoming Navigator services to immigrants throughout New York State.
