December 23, 2017
Dear friends:
It's that time of the year again. Yes, the time when we turn to each other and express thanks for each other's presence, the time when we feel a special warmth for those we cherish closest and we are overjoyed that they are alive, hopeful and looking forward to achieving much for themselves and their loved ones.
On behalf of the HAUP family, I wish you the best end-of-the-year ever! We thank you for your support and look forward to championing you. Yes, you! Because you are worth it. And because in your own way, you have advanced our common cause.
We have done our best this year to achieve our goals, expand our reach, and serve you better. For now, I won't bore you with the details. Next week however, I promise to provide you with a summary of our work in 2017 and the challenges we face in 2018. Meanwhile, I invite you to share freely with me your hopes and expectations for the coming year. Thanks in advance for doing so.
Have a Merry Christmas, happy Hanukah, and a great new year. Let us join with our brothers and sisters all over the world in wishing that a world that so frightens us today turns for the better in the years ahead.
Yours truly,
Elsie Saint-Louis
